According to the information, the Shradh feast was going on at the house of Hira Ram in Karna Kudaria Gopi Tola village near Lakhanpur Golambar of Mashrak in Saran, Bihar. People were eating sitting on the road. Then an uncontrolled Xylo car broke into the roadside shop and entered the township.
People eating at the Shraddha feast got hit by a car. Due to this 18 people were injured and 1 died. The deceased has been identified as Sudarshan Prasad, a resident of Bajitpur in Siwan. The deceased had come to his relative's place for the Shradh program. After the incident, angry people started protesting by jamming the main road.
