Sukesh Chandrashekhar wrote another letter to LG, pleading for transfer to another jail outside Delhi

In the case of fraud and money laundering of crores of rupees, Mahathug Sukesh Chandrashekhar, who is lodged in Mandoli Jail in Delhi, has demanded a transfer outside Delhi to any other country of the country. Sukesh Chandrashekhar has written a letter to the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, requesting him to be sent to another jail outside Delhi along with his wife. In the letter issued by Sukesh's lawyer, it was claimed that Sukesh Chandrashekhar was being threatened in Mandoli jail. His life is in danger.

Earlier, Sukesh Chandrashekhar, through his lawyer, had written to the LG on October 8 and November 5, demanding a CBI probe making several serious allegations against Satyendar Jain, Aam Aadmi Party, Arvind Kejriwal and Kailash Gehlot. Sukesh had claimed that he gave crores of rupees to Satyend Jain and Arvind Kejriwal. Sukesh's lawyer claims his client is being threatened after these allegations.

In a letter written to the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi Vinay Kumar Saxena, it has been said on behalf of Sukesh Chandrasekhar's lawyer – Sir, in a case of FIR No. 208/2021 (7 August 2021) of Sukesh Chandrashekhar Special Cell, Mandoli Jail No. 14 Ward No. 1 is lodged as an under trial prisoner, as well as Sukesh's wife Leena Mandoli is lodged in jail number 16 in the same case.

The complaint filed by my client in your office against Arvind Kejriwal, Kailash Gehlot, Satendra Jain, and Aam Aadmi Party, to withdraw the demand for CBI investigation and to return the statements I have given against all these in EOW and ED. There is a constant threat and pressure being made to take it.

Sukesh's wife, who is lodged in Mandoli jail, is also being pressured to withdraw the complaint, Sukesh's wife is being abused by the senior jail officials. The letter further claimed that on August 31, Sukesh was assaulted by a CRPF jawan inside the jail, causing injury to the genital part of Sukesh and due to this he is undergoing treatment at RML and GTB Hospital.

Due to these threats, at the behest of our client, we request the transfer of Sukesh and his wife to any other jail outside Delhi which is beyond the control of DG, Delhi Jail.
