Russia has fired 85 missiles at Ukraine after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's address at the ongoing G-20 summit in Indonesia. The latest Russian attacks caused power outages in several Ukrainian cities, including Kharkiv and Liv. Kharkiv is the second largest city in Ukraine. Before this, a proposal was brought to the United Nations General Assembly to compensate Russia for the damage caused by the war on Ukraine under the leadership of America. Ukraine's Energy Minister Herman Hlyushenko described Tuesday's Russian attack as the biggest attack ever on Ukraine's energy system.
Additionally, authorities in the eastern region of Sumy have also reported power outages. This is Russia's first attack on Ukraine since its withdrawal from Kherson. Ukrainian officials reported that the Russian attacks targeted Ukraine's energy infrastructure, resulting in power outages in several cities.
Along with this, missiles have also fallen on two residential buildings in Kyiv in these attacks. According to Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko, air raid sirens sounded across all regions of Ukraine and at least half of Kyiv's residents were without electricity.
