Prime Minister Narendra Modi will digitally inaugurate the two-day National Mayors' Conference in Gandhinagar, Gujarat today. BJP National Secretary Rituraj Sinha has given this information. Sinha said that 121 mayors and deputy mayors of BJP-ruled urban local bodies across the country would participate in the two-day program. It is being told that this conference is being organized by the Good Governance Cell of BJP. BJP national president JP Nadda will also attend the inauguration ceremony.

BJP National Secretary Sinha said that today Prime Minister Modi will inaugurate the National Mayor's Conference online in the morning and will also address the people present there. During this, the Prime Minister will guide the invited guests on the PM Urban Development Scheme.

Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Union Housing and Urban Affairs Minister Hardeep Singh Puri will attend the two-day conference. In the conference, Fadnavis will present his views for urban development. At the same time, Hardeep Puri guests will be given information about various government schemes for urban local bodies.

Mayors, Deputy Mayors and other elected representatives of 18 states and union territories will participate in this conference. It is being told that he will give his views on topics like waste management, traffic management and water logging. Apart from this, the mayors of Surat, Indore, Kanpur and Panaji will be given information about waste management, cleanliness and revenue generation in their respective cities as well as the work done in other areas.
