PM Modi will address the conference of Law Ministers and Law Secretaries today, many issues will be discussed
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the All India Conference of Law Ministers and Law Secretaries through video conference today. This conference is for two days and is being hosted by the Ministry of Law and Justice in Ekta Nagar, Gujarat.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the inaugural session of the two-day All India Conference of Law Ministers and Law Secretaries at 10:30 am on Saturday. Prime Minister Modi has said in a tweet that this forum will witness discussions on various topics related to the Indian legal system. Through this conference, states and union territories share their points, in which new ideas will be exchanged and mutual cooperation will also be discussed.
After this, the Prime Minister will preside over the meeting of the CSIR Society at 11 am, in which many other issues will be discussed along with the review of the works. Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal will also participate in this.
Several issues including the removal of obsolete laws, justice reforms, reducing pendency and ensuring speedy disposal will be discussed at this conference. Efforts will be made to strengthen the state legal systems through this conference. Along with this, decisions will be taken along with a discussion on many other issues.
Director General of CSIR Society Dr. N. Kalaiselvi informed that Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal, Science and Technology Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh and others will attend the meeting. Along with this, N Kalaiselvi told that the Managing Directors of many companies including NTPC, BHEL, and GAIL will also attend this meeting.
