Passenger bus falls into river in Nepal, 16 killed and 24 injured

There are also reports of 24 people getting injured in the accident. Nepal Police has given this information. The injured have been admitted to the nearest hospital. Looking at the condition of the injured, it seems that the death toll may rise. It is reported that 12 injured died in Hetauda Hospital.
Earlier on October 3, two passengers were killed in a bus accident in Nepal, while 36 people were reported injured. The accident took place near Chudiyamai Temple on the East-West Highway adjoining Hatoba Sub-Metropolitan City-15. Then the police told on the incident that two passengers had died in the accident while 36 others were injured. This night bus was going from Kathmandu towards Jhapa.
At the same time, in July also, a bus crashed in the Ramechap district of eastern Nepal in which 13 people were killed. The bus was going from Sunapati to Kathmandu when the accident happened at 10 am. In this 24 people were injured.
