Pakistan should change its mindset, MEA reacts strongly to Bilawal Bhutto's statement
The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) has reacted strongly to the indecent statement made by Pakistan's Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto against Prime Minister Modi in New York. Describing Bhutto's statement as discourteous, the MEA advised Pakistan to change its mindset.
India has strongly objected to the controversial and extremely indecent statement made by Pakistan's Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Responding to media queries, Indian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Arindam Bagchi said that "These statements show the level of Pakistan to which extent it can go to spew venom against India." They have clearly forgotten the day when the Pakistani government massacred Bengalis and Hindus."
Along with this, Bagchi said that unfortunately Pakistan's attitude towards minorities has not changed to date, yet it is accusing India. Arindam Bagchi has termed Bilawal Bhutto's statement as indecent and new low level.
On the issue of terrorism, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Arindam Bagchi said that Pakistan is a country that "glorifies Osama bin Laden as a martyr and gives shelter to terrorists like Hafiz Saeed, Masood Azhar and Dawood Ibrahim". He said that no other country can claim 126 UN-designated terrorists and 27 UN-designated terrorist organizations as Pakistan is doing.
Pakistani Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto had said in the United Nations meeting that "I want to tell India that "Osama bin Laden is dead, but the butcher of Gujarat is alive and he is the Prime Minister of India."
