News of bomb in SpiceJet Delhi-Pune flight, investigation continues at the airport
There has been news of a bomb in a flight going from Delhi to Pune, after which the flight is being investigated at the Delhi airport. Earlier on January 9, a similar case had come to the fore.
A bomb threat call has been received on the flight from Delhi to Pune, after which there has been a stir at the Delhi airport. On receiving a call about a bomb threat, airline officials called in the bomb squad, blocking boarding. Delhi Police has informed that "a call has been received about the presence of a bomb in SpiceJet flight from Delhi to Pune before take-off, after which CISF and Delhi Police are on alert mode. The entire flight is being checked at the airport." Though nothing suspicious has been found so far, a security drill will be followed as per SOP.
Earlier on Monday i.e. January 9, there was information about a bomb in the flight of Russian airline AZUR coming from Moscow to Goa, after which the emergency landing of the flight was made at Jamnagar airport in Gujarat. However, after investigation, nothing suspicious was found on the flight, after which the flight was dispatched the next day on Tuesday afternoon. Due to this, the passengers had to stay at the airport for about 10 hours.
In this way, after receiving a bomb threat call, the soldiers engaged in the security of the airport face problems, but the biggest problem is faced by the passengers. After the information about the bomb on January 9, the passengers had to wait in the airport for about 10 hours, during which there was panic in the minds of the passengers. However, everyone heaved a sigh of relief after nothing suspicious was found on the flight.
