In the UN, Pakistan again raised the Kashmir issue, India scolded it, gave a befitting reply to Bilawal Bhutto
During the discussion on the issue of 'Women, Peace and Security' in the UN on the occasion of International Women's Day, Pakistan once again raised the issue of Kashmir, for which India's permanent representative gave a befitting reply to Bilawal Bhutto while lambasting Pakistan.
In the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) today, on the occasion of International Women's Day, a discussion was organized on the issue of 'Women, Peace and Security', in which Pakistan's Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari spoke about Kashmir. On this, India lambasted him in front of representatives from all over the world. India's Permanent Ambassador to the UNSC Ruchika Kamboj criticized Zardari's Kashmir rhetoric, saying she did not even consider it appropriate to respond to the "malicious and false propaganda" run by Zardari.
Describing Bilawal Bhutto Zardari's remarks as "baseless and politically motivated", Ruchika Kamboj said I reject the frivolous, baseless and politically motivated remarks made by the representative of Pakistan regarding the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. My delegation also finds it unfit to respond to such malicious and false propaganda."
Ruchika Kamboj said that today's discussion is of utmost importance to strengthen our collective efforts to fully implement the agenda of women, peace and security. We respect the subject of discussion and recognize the importance of time. In such a situation, our attention should be focused on this subject.
On the discussion of other subjects, Pakistan is troubling you by repeatedly talking about Kashmir.
Pakistani Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari mentioned Jammu and Kashmir during the discussion on the issue of 'Women, Peace and Security', on which he had to face a sharp reaction from India. Earlier, Pakistani minister Hina Rabbani Khar had similarly raised the Kashmir issue in the discussion of another issue, after which the Indian representative had given a befitting reply. Pakistan is repeatedly troubling us by raising the issue of Kashmir while discussing other topics.
