Former IPL chairman Lalit Modi corona infected, airlifted to London
Former IPL chairman Lalit Modi is on oxygen support after being infected with Corona. Lalit Modi himself has given updates about his health on social media. He told that he has been airlifted from Mexico and taken to London.

Former IPL chairman Lalit Modi revealed that he is on oxygen support after being infected with Covid-19 twice in two weeks. Lalit, 59, took to social media to give updates about his health. He told that after three weeks of imprisonment, he was airlifted from Mexico to London. Lalit Modi thanked the doctors who treated him in Mexico and London and called him a superstar.
Lalit Modi shared his photo from the hospital bed in his Instagram post saying that he has been brought in for treatment after three weeks of confinement with Covid in two weeks after Influenza and Pneumonia. Describing the two doctors from Mexico and London as superstars, he said that they were brought down safely in London via air ambulance.
He further said that unfortunately still 24x7 is on oxygen. Thank you everyone for praying for me. I am very thankful to all. In another post, Lalit Modi also mentioned the two doctors who took care of him.
Lalit Modi was once again in the headlines last year when he revealed his relationship with Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen. In July 2022, he posted several photos of both of them regarding their relationship with Sushmita Sen. However, Sushmita Sena did not confirm anything about dating Lalit Modi.
