Famous actress Tabassum has passed away at the age of 78. He died due to a heart attack and breathed his last in a hospital in Mumbai. He started his career as a child artist.

He had suffered a heart attack yesterday i.e. on the night of Friday 18th November. Afterward, he was admitted to a hospital in Mumbai, where he breathed his last. A wave of mourning has spread in the Bollywood world after the death of actress Tabassum. His loved ones are expressing condolences on his death.
According to media reports, Tabassum had a heart attack twice yesterday i.e. on Friday. He had the first attack at 8:40 am and the second at 8:42 am, due to which he passed away. His last rites have been performed in Mumbai today. Tabassum's son Hoshang Govil said his mother had wished that no one should be told about her death before she was buried. For this reason, only people close to him came to know about his death.
The talk show host, also known as Baby Tabassum, started her career as a child artist in the year 1947. Her first movie was Mera Suhaag, after which she hosted the popular Doordarshan celebrity talk show Phool Khile Hain Gulshan Gulshan from 1972 to 1993. Along with this, Tabassum worked in many other films and TV shows.
When Tabassum got corona in 2021, she remained in the hospital for about 10 days, after which she recovered. Rumors were rife at the time that the actress had Alzheimer's, which was dismissed by her son. While talking to a private channel, Tabassum's son said, "I am disgusted that people can spread her picture and start a rumor that she has Alzheimer's.
