Controversial statement of Altaf Bukhari: said- foreigners will not be allowed to settle in Jammu and Kashmir
J&K Apni Party President Altaf Bukhari said that we will not allow non-local people to settle in J&K. The land in Jammu and Kashmir belongs to the people of the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir.

Meanwhile, Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party President Altaf Bukhari have created a new controversy by giving a controversial statement. Altaf Bukhari has said that his party will not allow outsiders to settle in the union territory. Along with this, he criticized the administration for the ongoing anti-encroachment campaign to take back the government land.
Apni Party President Altaf Bukhari said that we will not allow non-local people to settle in Jammu and Kashmir. The land of Jammu and Kashmir belongs to the people here and will remain with them only. A program was organized in Samba to induct Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) youth leader Sunny Sangral into the party.
Attacking the central government, Altaf Bukhari said that the decision of unauthorized colonies should be left to the elected government. He also referred to the demolition of a showroom in Malik Market in the Narwal area of Jammu during the anti-encroachment drive. He said that 40 labourers lost their livelihoods due to this wrong decision. If there is stone pelting then the government will be responsible for it.
He said that we want to give you our government which can do equal development of both the areas. In fact, the people of both regions are facing the same problems and the solutions to their issues are also the same. If we form the next government, we will reverse the anti-people decisions of the administration. Will stop the Darbar Move practice and reverse the decisions of the anti-encroachment campaign.
