Jacqueline Fernandez's bail was to be decided on November 11 but the Patiala House Court had reserved the decision. By the way, Jacqueline's interim bail ended on 10 November. Jacqueline Fernandez is accused of taking advantage of the swindling amount of Sukesh Chandrasekhar, the main accused in the 200 crore money laundering case. ED is investigating this case. The ED presented several arguments to cancel the bail of Jacqueline Fernandez, but the court has given this decision after considering all the arguments. The court will argue on November 24 on the framing of charges against Jacqueline.
The court has given an exemption to actress Jacqueline Fernandez to go abroad in the decision. But the Patiala House Court has warned that, with the permission of the court, Jacqueline can go out of the country for a few days, but cannot leave the country forever.
The Enforcement Directorate strongly opposed Jacqueline Fernandez's bail in the Patiala House Court. The Enforcement Directorate argued that when all the accused involved in money laundering are in jail then why bail should be granted to Jacqueline Fernandez? Also said that Jacqueline is not cooperating in the investigation.
