2 suspected blasts in Udhampur in last 8 hours, terror conspiracy suspected, investigation underway
Jammu Kashmir: Another suspected blast occurred on a bus in Udhampur, Jammu and Kashmir. This is the second blast in the last 8 hours, the first one took place on a bus at around 10:30 last night. At the same time, the second blast took place on another bus at around 6 am today.
In the last 8 hours, news of 2 suspicious blasts is coming in Udhampur, Jammu and Kashmir. Both the suspected explosions took place on the bus, after which there has been a sensation in the area. According to media reports, there are reports of two people got injured in this blast. Other vehicles parked around the bus were also damaged. Jammu and Kashmir ADGP Mukesh Singh said that the first suspected explosion took place in a bus parked at a petrol pump near Domel Chowk in Udhampur at around 10:30 pm last night.
Exactly the second blast happened at around 6 am today in a bus parked near the old bus stand. However, no casualties have been reported in this. He said that this is the second suspected blast in the last 8 hours.
Jammu and Kashmir have not ruled out the possibility of a terrorist conspiracy behind this blast, after which all the security agencies have come on alert mode. The cause of the blasts is being investigated.
Sensation has spread in the area due to explosions in two separate buses in the last 8 hours. According to eyewitnesses, the sound of the blast was so strong that it was heard several kilometres away. After both blasts, the police sealed the area. Several senior officials have also reached the spot.
